N9NE Steakhouse launches the Raw Bar

Feeling like a little surf 'n' turf?  Head over to swanky N9NE Steakhouse (440 W. Randolph St.) where the new Raw Bar has launched.  This brand new seafood addition is topped with shaved ice and located right smack in the middle of the restaurant.  Executive chef Michael Shrader personally shucks fresh oysters and slices up sashimi platters, all while interacting with guests.  Order from the Raw Bar menu, and even make special requests for made-to-order items not listed on the menu.  (You always wanted to act like a diva, ordering whatever your heart desires even if it's not printed in black and white on the menu; now would be a good time for such behavior.)

The Raw Bar will be available on the weekends, first come, first serve with no reservations, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Call N9NE Steakhouse at 312-575-9900 for reservations.
