Warm weather, fashion and good looking people are all part of the intrigue for this Sunday’s first riverside fashion party put on by Akira Chicago.
Tom Ford, Ben Sherman, Sebago and more will bring their stylish duds to Flatwater Grill on June 13 starting at 5 p.m. for a summer soiree entitled, “De La Mer.” Expect the riverside restaurant to be recreated into summer fun theme, complete with sweet giveaways for the first 500 guests.
The main event starts at 8 p.m. when a runway show kicks off with Ford Models, clothing by Sebago and Akira and a live DJ all night long.
One guest will go home with a 4-day, 3-night cruise to the Bahamas courtesy of Sebago and Carnival Cruiselines, and someone else will win a limited edition pair of Tom Ford sunglasses courtesy of Tom Ford Eyewear.
And, if on Sunday evening you just aren’t done partying, the party continues just blocks away at the Underground starting at 10 p.m. Monday morning is going to be a rough one.
