English soccer fans probably won't go down as the most rational human beings on the face of planet Earth. Sunday in the Premier League, Tottenham travels to Portsmouth, which on the surface looks like a match with two teams struggling to keep their heads above water.
Of course, Pompey fans won't look at it like that with former manager Harry Redknapp returning to Fratton Park after bolting for London in October. Also coming back is recently transferred forward Jermain Defoe.
Portsmouth goalie David James wants the fans to be loud and exuberant, but keep it clean.
