If we're talking to you, then you'll want to check out the new three-course lunch menu at Sixteen, located inside the Chicago Trump Hotel & Tower.
Sixteen is offering a prix fixe menu priced at $32 per person. The dishes will change based on the availability of ingredients from local producers, but this is the sample lineup of a typical lunch they sent us:
- Lemon Basil Soul Cleanser: Fresh strawberries and basil, complemented with fresh squeezed lemon juice & soda.
- Spring Pea Risotto with parmigiano-reggiano and micro basil.
- Roasted Chicken with soft polenta, English peas, pearl onions and chicken jús or Fresh "Catch of the Day" with Israeli couscous tabbouleh, swiss chard, alfonzo olive purée.
- Crunchy Hazelnut Cake, bittersweet chocolate mousse or banana ice cream.
