A man who barricaded himself inside a Northwest Side residence is dead, police said.
He is "highly likely" to be the same man wanted for the murder of his ex-girlfriend in Colorado on Tuesday, officials in Colorado said Friday.
At least 30 police cars are on the scene of the barricade situation, in the 2300 block of N. Kimball Avenue, near the intersection of Kimball and Fullerton avenues, police said.
