Kanye West will not face felony charges following an incident at Los Angeles International Airport where he was arrested after a scuffle between himself, his bodyguard and a photographer and cameraman on September 11, a spokesperson for the LA County District Attorney confirmed to Access Hollywood.
Yesterday, the DA’s office sent the case to the LA City attorney for “misdemeanor” filing consideration.

The LA City attorney’s office confirmed that they were given the entire case yesterday and it is currently under review. They don’t expect a decision until next week, Access has learned.
Kanye blogged about the arrest shortly afterwards, writing, “We back in the lab!!! I’m cool with the paparazzi. This guy wasn’t cool. I gotta work now… I’ll rant later!”
