Jenner & Block Chair to Investigate Lehman Bankruptcy

The federal government's bankruptcy overseer chose Anton Valukas, chairman of Jenner & Block LLC and a former federal prosecutor, as the examiner in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy case on Tuesday.
