Chicago Public Schools CEO Arne Duncan moved Friday to fire two high school boys basketball coaches found to have been paddling student athletes. Six other inquiries into alleged paddling of players by high school coaches continue. Fired is Morgan Park's Mandel Oliver, suspended without pay since the season started Nov. 10 for allegedly paddling a varsity player last school year.
