Pure Yoga Teacher Training comes to Chicago

For those that find comfort in those downward dogs and pigeon poses, there’s an opportunity to take your practice to a whole new level. Equinox fitness is offering Chicago Yogis its Pure Yoga Teacher Training this fall, with the opportunity to become a certified yoga instructor in an intensive ten-week program.

Pure Yoga Teacher Training at Equinox, which began in New York and is now expanding to several other cities including Chicago, is a 200-hour foundation yoga training class which emerges new students with expert teachers to offer yoga as a science, career and way of life.
You don’t have to be able to stand on your head to enroll in the program, although it’s recommended that students have at least a year of yoga experience under their belt.
Think you might have what it takes but not sure it’s for you? Before you make the commitment, get your zen self to the last of the master class offerings, a complimentary class that will give an inside look at what the Pure Yoga Teacher Training will be all about.
The master class will take place Saturday September 11 from 9-10:30am at Equinox Lincoln Park; you do not need to be an Equinox member to attend the class. Email allison.english@equinox.com to reserve a spot.
