Food & Wine has announced that they're taking their popular festival south of the border for the first time to Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Mexico on March 26-28. Headlining the event is none other than Chicago's Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, Xoco) who will cook alongside notable chefs and mixologists, and lead tours through local food markets—just like on his show One Plate at a Time!
