Jeweler extraordinaire Kristin Amato is sharing her trend-based collection of handmade earrings, necklaces and accessories at her two-day sample sale. Her fall pieces will be marked 30 percent off (regularly priced $20 to $100) and clearance items will be priced starting at $5. Yes, really.
When it comes to jewelry styles for fall, Amato says the sky’s the limit.
“Anything goes this fall; most of the trends are leaning towards very large, chunky necklaces and large earrings, but there are still some delicate pieces out there too,” Amato said. “There are really no rules. Silver, gold, and mixed metals are all popular for fall.”
And those are the kind of baubles you will find at the fifth-annual sale, happening this Wednesday and Thursday. “The pieces vary from filigree pieces to long layering chains,” Amato said. “We also have a lot of colorful beaded pieces mixed with chain this year too. And, of course we have our clearance earrings for $5 which fly out of here!”
Vintage inspired pieces made from 14-karat gold fill, 18-karat gold plated, and sterling silver are adorned with gold-filled chains, glass-based stones, Swarovski crystals, hammered geometric shapes and feminine filigrees will all be up for grabs.
