It's been almost four months since Josh Linton stepped down as executive chef at Aja in hopes of opening a quick-serve mezze restaurant. But Chicago Mag reports that the position was quietly taken over by Ariel Bagadlong. The transition should be pretty seamless considering Bagadlong has been at the restaurant since it opened in 2008 and unsurprisingly will maintain an Asian-inspired seasonal menu.
