You might have noticed something unusual lately. The sun occasionally shines. How crazy is that? We get sun rises. And sunsets. The city is pretty again, as spring is – dare we say it -- finally here! Restaurants are rolling out their outdoor seating, and while we can hardly wait to dive into the alfresco scene, it can still be a tad too chilly for us to dine outside.
