Lolla Lineup Leak: Eminem, Skrillex Among Headliners

According to reports, headliners will include Eminem, Skrillex, Kings of Leon and Arctic Monkeys

Festival fans waiting to hear who will be performing in Chicago this summer will want to know the latest Lollapalooza lineup leak.

Though the official lineup is expected to be announced next week, industry sources told the Chicago Tribune’s Greg Kot that headliners will include Eminem, Skrillex, Kings of Leon and Arctic Monkeys.

If confirmed, this would mark return appearances for all four bands.

Eminem headlined the festival in 2011 alongside Coldplay, the Foo Fighters and Muse. Skrillex also performed in 2011 and in 2013 with his side project Dog Blood.

Kings of Leon headlined the festival in 2009 with Jane’s Addiction, Depeche Mode and The Killers.

The Arctic Monkeys made appearances at the fest in 2009 and 2011, but this year’s event will mark their first time headlining.

Last year’s festival drew a record-breaking crowd at the city’s Grant Park. City officials and festival organizers reported a crowd of 100,000 people attended the weekend festivities each day, setting a new record for the event.
