NBC's ‘Parenthood' Gets A Due Date

NBC is announcing the debut date for its previously delayed drama series, "Parenthood," along with the arrival of other midseason shows.

Initially announced for fall, "Parenthood" will premiere March 1.

"The Marriage Ref," a comedy panel series with Jerry Seinfeld as producer, premieres March 14, followed the same night by the return of "The Celebrity Apprentice" for a new season.

"Parenthood" is based on the 1989 film that starred Steve Martin.

It is an ensemble series featuring Craig T. Nelson, Bonnie Bedelia and Mae Whitman, as well as Lauren Graham, a recent replacement for Maura Tierney, who was sidelined by illness and forced to withdraw from the show in September.
