Celebs Toss The Pigskin For Their Own Flag Football Super Bowl

Stunning blondes. Handsome hunks. Frumpy outfits.

Actors, actresses, and models traded in designer clothing for blue-and-white T-shirts Saturday for the fifth-annual DIRECTV Celebrity Beach Bowl in Dallas, Texas.

Fierce competitor and “Heroes” alum Hayden Panettiere went all out, ending up covered in sand with “White Collar” star Matt Bomer after a rough-and-tumble down.

Panetierre’s dogged play on the gridiron earned the “Scream 4” star the “Most Inspirational Player” award.

“I won an award – for football!” Panettiere told People. “It has to be because the ball hit me in the face.”

“Entourage” star Jerry Ferrara beat out several former NFL players to snag the “Most Valuable Player” honor.

At the end of the day, Team Spike topped Team Palladia. No word on the score.

The loss did not phase “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” actor Josh Duhamel.

"We lost but this was a lot of fun," he told People. "I'll definitely do this again next year."

Unlike a typical flag football game, there was a luxe afterparty at the nearby W Hotel.
