Britney, K-Fed Custody Deal Renewed

Singer must pay ex $20,00 a month, split time with kids evenly

The deal that has Britney Spears and Kevin Federline splitting custody of their two sons 50-50, and the singer making hefty child support payments to her ex, was extended by a Los Angeles judge.

The custody arrangement for the boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, was initially put in place for Spears' ongoing Circus tour. But  TMZ reported that the deal has been extended through the rest of the year.

Federline gets $20,00 a month in child support and another $20,000 when the kids are outside of California. Spears must also foot the bill for lodging if Federline wants to follow his ex and their kids on tour.

Spears is wrapping up her American tour, and K-Fed is about to step into the spotlight: The suddenly chubby former dancer recently confirmed to People that he will star as a contestant on the next season of VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club."
