Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Lead Teen Choice Award Nominations for Music

    The 2016 Teen Choice Awards announced its "first wave" of nominations, with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez receiving the most nods for music.

    Make room in your homes celebrities, because you may just be taking home a surfboard this summer.

    In case you didn't get the hint, it's time for the 2016 Teen Choice Awards to announce their "first wave" of nominations. Trust us, more than a few familiar faces deserve your vote at this year's show.

    When talking about music, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber scored with three nominations each. On the big screen, "Captain America: Civil War" and "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" each received four nominations.

    And when it comes to the small screen, the ladies of "Pretty Little Liars" lead the way with an impressive six nominations including Choice TV Show: Drama. Don't worry TV lovers. Fan-favorites including "Empire" and "The Vampire Diaries" also received plenty of love.

    While this year's host and performers have yet to be announced, voting is officially on for the star-studded event. Ultimately, the winners will be crowned live when the two-hour event airs July 31 at 8 p.m. on Fox. Without further ado, take a look at this year's nominees below.
