WATCH: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jimmy Fallon “Hustle to Get the Muscle” on “The Tonight Show”

Johnson also received a special action figure from Fallon during his appearance on "The Tonight Show."

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Jimmy Fallon hilariously pretended to be an unsuccessful TV fitness duo on Tuesday’s episode of “The Tonight Show.”

Before the two began their workout, Fallon talked about a 1996 photo that the “Hercules” star posted on Instagram. The two proceeded to poke fun at his dated attire in the picture.

“You basically broke the internet with a throwback photo from 1996,” Fallon joked. “I want to talk about the chain around the turtleneck, the Fanny pack and the rag under your elbow, so you don’t get any dust on your turtleneck sleeve.”

“That’s a Tag watch, a fake tag, but I’m owning it,” Johnson said.

Then, Fallon presented Johnson with an action figure of version of the Instagram picture. You can see the action figure in the video below.

Finally, Johnson and Fallon pretended to be a semi-famous fitness duo from the 1980s in a series of vintage workout videos.

As “The Fungo Brothers,” the two used a thigh-strengthening device, performed the dance move “The Twist,” and used Shake Weights. The two also repeated their catchphrase: "You've got to hustle to get the muscle."
