Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo List NYC Loft for $5.5 Million

Levine and Prinsloo bought the loft for $4.5 million in 2014, about a month before they got married

As they await the birth of their first child, Adam Levine and pregnant wife Behati Prinsloo are no longer in a New York state of mind.

Earlier this week, the two listed for sale their luxurious 2,800-square-foot loft, located in a historic cast iron building in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, for $5.5 million. Last month, three weeks after E! News learned about Prinsloo's pregnancy, the 26-year-old Victoria's Secret Angel and Levine, 37, were spotted house hunting in the upscale Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles.

While hardly cramped, their New York City loft has one bedroom. While many couples end up sharing sleeping quarters with their newborns—by choice or not, it is not the most glamorous living situation for new parents. The property is also not in the safest part of town and is decorated like a bachelor pad.

The home, which used to have three bedrooms, contains an oversized master bedroom with a walk-in closet.

There are two bathrooms, including a large one with a jacuzzi and separate walk-in shower. A pool table and a bar are located in the open living room space, which contains a multiple-piece blue velvet couch. The couple is offering all furniture for sale at the buyer's request.

There are also multiple columns, restored exposed brick walls, thirteen-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops in the kitchen.

Levine and Prinsloo currently own a 3.6-acre, six-bedroom home in a gated community in the Benedict Canyon section of Beverly Hills, which the singer bought in 2012 for $4.8 million. It is has since been remodeled several times.
