Lindsay Lohan might be back on her judge's good side, but her legal troubles aren't over yet.
LiLo faces another lawsuit over her driving habits, thanks to a pedestrian who sued the starlet Wednesday, claiming the actress struck and injured her back in September 2010.
The Associated Press reports that Nubia Del Carmen Preza says Lohan, driving a Maserati, hit her in a West Hollywood intersection near where the star lived, causing "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish." Preza's suit asks for medical expenses and lost wages.
Calls to Preza's lawyer and Lohan's rep were not immediately returned Thursday.
Preza is not the only person suing the "Mean Girls" star and "Playboy" cover model over alleged car accidents.
Lohan also faces a lawsuit filed Jan. 10 by a paparazzo who says a car in which she was riding hit him while he tried to photograph her.
She also still faces a possible trial in March in a lawsuit three passengers filed against her concerning a drunk driving incident back in 2007.

Meanwhile, LiLo has spent the last two months fulfilling the requirements of her probation for her criminal drunk driving case years ago with community service stints.
