Heidi Montag is treating hubby and manager Spencer Pratt like her old boobs, trading him in for a newer, shinier career guide.

The top-heavy blonde is remaining married to her vapid Svengali, but she's turning over the managing of her career to a Malibu-based psychic.

"No longer is my husband the face of my business or managing my career," Montag told People magazine. "I am going to have Aiden Chase help manage my new life and career in a very different and positive way with light and love. The time for change is now. Never mix business and pleasure. We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi."

Pratt has managed the reality TV starring couple since the day they met nearly five years ago, when Montag was just 19 and only resembled her current self. Although her husband was the brains behind landing her a Playboy pictorial, Montag seems to believe Chase can take her career to another level.

"After the incredible experiences I have had healing my life and truly connecting to my dreams with healer intuitive Aiden Chase, I have officially asked him to become my manager," Montag told the mag. "Having an intuitive psychic leading my team gives me an edge no one else has."

Montag made news last year when she had 10 plastic surgeries in one day. She said she has now "cleared all the negative energy in my life" and has signed on for a Ron Howard-related show business project and a feature film comedy. She's also booked for an appearance with Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show" next week.

"I am so excited for my future and the bright successes coming my way," said Montag.
