For the first time since 2015, shoppers at Christkindlmarket will be able to enjoy their hot chocolate and glühwein in an iconic boot-shaped mug.

Organizers of the annual event made the big announcement on Tuesday, saying that for the first time in three years, revellers will get their wish and be able to purchase their boots.

“The boot is back!” organizers said.

Organizers say that a different variation on the boot design will be available at each of the three Christkindlmarket locations in downtown Chicago, Wrigleyville, and Milwaukee. Each mug will feature the colors of the German flag on the inside of the boot, as well as colors representing “German-American Friendship.”

Christkindlmarket Chicago will open on Nov. 15 and will run through Christmas Eve. The Wrigleyville location will open on Nov. 22 and will run through New Year’s Eve, and Milwaukee’s Christkindlmarket will also open on Nov. 15.
