A new Krispy Kreme opened in southwest suburban Evergreen Park Tuesday, drawing big crowds as customers lined up in hopes of getting special treats in honor of the big opening.
The new locationed opened its doors at 6 a.m. near 91st and Western.
The first 100 customers received a free dozne glazed doughnuts every month for a year.
The following 200 customers got a free tumbler with unlimited coffee refills for 99 cents.
