Chicago's popular Green City Market is set to hold its annual Chef BBQ this week, bringing more than 100 of the city's top restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries together for a sustainable tasting menu city foodies won't want to miss.
The 18th annual event Thursday will feature menus from Lena Brava, Cafe Spiaggia, Elske, Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Prairie Grass Cafe, Chicago Distilling Company, Greenstar Organic Brewery, Glunz Family Winery & Cellars and dozens of others.
Located at the south end of Lincoln Park between Clark and Stockton, the event is set to take place from 5:30-8 p.m. Tickets cost $125 for general admission with VIP tickets reaching up to $6,500. Tickets for children ages 12 and under are $25.
