A recent report could help you surprise your significant other on Valentine’s Day with reservations at one of the most romantic restaurants in the U.S.

Open Table released its “100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America” for 2016, and two Chicago eateries made the cut.

The rankings were based on reviews from more than 5 million verified Open Table diners, according to the online reservation service. More than 20,000 restaurants across America were reviewed.

In all, restaurants in 33 states made Open Table’s list, including fondue restaurant Geja’s Café in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, and French eatery Les Nomades located in the Gold Coast neighborhood.

Other restaurants in the Midwest that made the cut were: Chez François, located in Vermilion, Ohio; The English Inn, located in Eaton Rapids, Michigan; and Iridescence, located in Detroit, Michigan.

The most romantic restaurants contained “exceptional” ambience, according Open Table. Eateries that served American and French cuisine also received top marks. Italian restaurants and steakhouses were also popular among love-hungry customers.
