Pat Quinn walloped Dany Hynes by soooo much in the Democratic primary that he doesn't need to prepare for his campaign battle with Republican Bill Brady.

Asked whether he was planning on hiring a campaign manager, Quinn said “the campaign stuff will come after we finish the governing...I think we did OK in the primary."
p.s. for those of you keeping score at home, Quinn beat Dan Hynes by about 8,000 votes. What that has to do with organizing against a downstate GOP'er who's kinda sorta beating you in early polls? Only Quinn's servant's heart knows.
