President Barack Obama cast an early ballot for the upcoming November election during his weekend trip to Chicago on Friday.
Obama cast his ballot at a Cook County office building located at 69 W. Washington Street in Chicago's Loop, NBC News reports.
He arrived around 3:20 p.m. to vote at the start of a busy weekend trip to his hometown.
"Hey what's my date of birth?" Obama joked, suggesting he was born on August 4th, 1981, to which a poll worker responded, "Nice try."
"I was just shaving a couple of decades off," he added, before shaking hands with workers and promising pictures.
When asked who he was voting for, the president simply smiled and declined to answer, NBC News reports.
Before departing Washington, D.C., on Friday morning, Obama assured reporters he would, in fact, be casting his ballot in his hometown.

"I'm not going to go to a precinct, I'll probably do early voting," he said. "I'll fill out my form."
"Don't worry, I'll be voting," he added.
The president touched down Friday afternoon and planned to attend a series of fundraisers this weekend for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and Rep. Tammy Duckworth. Speculation swirled that he may attend a Cubs playoff game as well.
"I'm going to do a little campaigning and a little voting, too," Obama said.
