Barack Obama must be the most merchandised president in American history. There’s an Obama chia pet, an Obama bobblehead doll, an Obama finger puppet, Obama calendars, Obama buttons, Obama onesies.
And now, an action figure of Obama firing a shotgun, inspired by the photo of Obama skeet shooting at Camp David.
After Obama proposed bans on assault weapons and high-capacity magazine clips, a reporter from The New Republic asked whether he’d ever fired a gun.
“Yes, in fact at Camp David, we do skeet shooting all the time,” Obama replied.

When the press said “pics or it didn’t happen,” the White House released a photo of Obama in a sport shirt, sunglasses and headphones, blasting away at clay pigeons.
In response, HeroBuilders, which calls itself “The Last American Toy Company,” released a $19.95 Skeet Shooting Obama Action figure that comes “compete (sic) with hunting shotgun.”
The same company also sells an action figure of a muscular Obama carrying an assault rifle, which he is not known to have fired.
