Mayors Wager City Delicacies in WNBA Battle

Game 1 of the five-game series is Sunday in Phoenix

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and his Phoenix counterpart have sealed a friendly wager over the championship series of the Women's National Basketball Association.

Emanuel and Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton are offering up their cities' culinary specialties over the fate of the finals between the Chicago Sky and the Phoenix Mercury.

Chicago is offering Al's Italian Beef, a six-pack of locally produced Langunitas IPA beer and Vosges' Haut-Chocolate bacon and chocolate bars.

Phoenix has put up a meal prepared and sent by Chef Silvana Esparza of Barrio Cafe consisting of the house special. It is Cochinita pibil, a slow-roasted pork smothered in achioto rojo and sour orange and wrapped in banana leaves. It is accompanied by Barrio Cafe's signature Low-Rider Margarita.

Game 1 of the five-game series is Sunday in Phoenix.
