The Buzz: Josip "Joe" Trutin, a lifelong resident of Chicago's Southwest side, is a local small business owner and active volunteer for several community programs such as Anti-Domestic Violence. He ran for state representative two years ago and lost. If elected, one of his first goals will be to use the Internet and social media sites to hear first-hand from his constituents. In an aside, Trutin told the Chicago Tribune that he is a talented dog trainer who has helped train many of his friends' pets.
