The Buzz: Hoffman was first elected as representative in the 113th district in 1991. Hoffman began his career as a law enforcement official, prosecutor, state legislator and small businessman. He currently serves as the chairperson of the Transportation & Motor Vehicles committee.
Hoffman's number one focus is job creation. He also is a strong proponent of alternative energy production as a means to create jobs.
