The Buzz: Petzel is a business owner that purchases neglected homes and rebuilds them. His plan is to improve communities and provide quality housing. He holds a strong stance on increasing values of different neighborhoods. Petzel is a land use and environmental consultant. He is the Executive Director for the non-profit Friends of the Fox River to stop pollution and sewage in the Fox River. One of his goals there is to protect the drinking water that gets distributed to Aurora, Bartlett, Elgin, and Sleepy Hollow.
