Attorney General Lisa Madigan's campaign war chest would have dwarfed that of any potential gubernatorial rivals.

But now that Madigan and her $5 million campaign fund has decided not to run -- ostensibly so her father, House Speaker Michael Madigan can continue to dominate Illinois politics for another term -- the money game is becoming clearer.
