“Well I'm Sorry I Was Born White and Tall and Pretty!” It's Our First Taste of “Butter”

"Butter," the hotly anticipated butter-sculpting comedy inspired by the 2008 race for the Democratic presidential nomination, has delivered it's first clip, featuring Jennifer Garner in the "Hillary Clinton" role, but reading a lot like Michele Bachmann.

Garner stars as a woman vying for the butter sculpting title that was recently vacated by her husband (Ty Burrell), who finds herself with unexpectedly tough competition in the form of a 13-year-old black girl.

While "Butter" was showing at the Toronto Film Fest, Harvey Weinstein let it be known that the film would be getting a brief qualifying run for the awards season, before going into wider release early next year. But the film's now got an official website, a Twitter feed and a first clip--which we have to say was pretty funny. Can a poster and trailer be far behind? Is it possible this is getting a bigger release than previously thought?
