The Chicago Blackhawks are about a month and a half away from hitting the ice, but anthem singer Jim Cornelison is already in midseason form.
This week, Cornelison surprised eaters on their lunch break at the Chicago French Market with a rendition of "Here Come the Hawks," and as you would expect, the classically-trained singer nailed the song:
For those hankering to hear Cornelison perform in person, the Blackhawks will get their preseason slate underway in a little over a month, as they'll take on the Columbus Blue Jackets on Sept. 21.
