Illinois Tollway authorities say that if Gov. Rod Blagojevich is convicted in his impeachment trial today, his name will not come off toll plaza signs immediately.
Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn is waiting in the wings as the Senate begins deliberations. If Blagojevich is removed from office, Quinn will immediately be sworn in by Illinois Supreme Court Justice Anne Burke.
