A 17-year-old Rockford boy has been charged in the murder of a 15-year-old CPS student, gunned down Wednesday afternoon during a dice game near the boy's South Side Gresham home.
Jarvis Brack, of Rockford, was charged with one count of first-degree murder, according to police News Affairs.
