A $1,000 reward is being offered by the family of a 13-year-old boy who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver last April while on his way to stay overnight at his cousins' home.
Martin Urbina Jr. had gotten out of his aunt's car and was walking west across the street when gold-colored car hit him around 8:30 p.m. on April 3, police said.
