Naperville leads the suburbs with the highest number of DUI arrests.
A 2008 statewide survey of departments outside Chicago found that Rockford had the highest number of arrests for impaired driving. Naperville came in second.
The department brings in outside agencies to supplement its own officers and conducts numerous roadside safety and sobriety checks.
