A 43-year-old man is dead after apparently drowning Monday night during a public swimming session at a west suburban high school.
Steven Ballagh, 43, of the 4000 block of Woodland Avenue in Western Springs, apparently drowned during an open swim session at the Lyons Township High School south campus pool, on the 4900 block of South Willow Springs Road in Western Springs, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
