DCFS Investigates Death of 3-Month-Old

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is investigating the death of a 3-month-old boy who died Saturday after being found unresponsive in his south suburban Chicago Heights home.

Fredrick Washington, 3 months, was found unresponsive in his home and pronounced dead at 3:45 p.m. Saturday at St. James Hospital and Health Center in Chicago Heights, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said.
