Later this week, the café on Diversey will host a free, three-hour workshop on how entrepreneurs can avoid the common bear traps and land mines most folks blindly walk into, not even knowing they're there when it comes to launching a new business: "Whether it's picking the right structure for your business (LLC vs S corp vs C corp) or negotiating funding details, it is better knowing these answers and who you need to consult ahead of time."
