Chicago Ideas Week Kicks Off With CIW YOU(th) Event

Less than three weeks before the start of Chicago Ideas Week, ideas will begin to swirl Wednesday for the annual series' official kickoff event.

More than 450 Chicago public high school students will connect with Ideas Week speakers and some of the city’s most influential leaders during CIW YOU(th), hosted from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Museum of Science and Industry.

Students aren't the only ones who can take advantage of this great event. NBCChicago.com will livestream it.
 
Mayor Rahm Emanuel, local radio host Brian Babylon and other notable figures will give talks and facilitate networking experiences.
