Packers vs. Bears: Jackson Out, Nichols Limited in Friday Practice

All three players on the Bears' injury report are expected to be on the field Sunday

The Chicago Bears look like they will be at full strength on Sunday when they go for a division championship against the Green Bay Packers, but their injury report does include a few new names.

Like last week, safety Eddie Jackson did not practice on Friday as he nurses a shin issue. The Bears said last week that they were playing things cautiously with the shin as they practiced indoors on field turf, and they did the same thing Friday as they practiced under the roof at Halas Hall.

Defensive lineman Bilal Nichols, who has also been sitting out when the Bears practice indoors, was limited with a knee issue.

Wide receiver Allen Robinson, who was out for Wednesday’s workout and practiced in limited fashion on Thursday, was a full participant on Friday as he works through a hip injury.

All three players were listed as questionable on the Bears’ final injury report of the week, and head coach Matt Nagy says that he believes all three players will be available on Sunday at Soldier Field.

The Bears can clinch the NFC North with a win over the Packers or with a Minnesota Vikings loss to the Miami Dolphins.
