Bears vs. Vikings: Robinson, Jackson Remain Out for Chicago

The Chicago Bears increasingly look like they won’t have some key players on the field for their season finale against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

On Thursday’s injury report, there was no change to the status of safety Eddie Jackson, linebacker Aaron Lynch, and wide receiver Allen Robinson, who missed their second straight day of practice.

Jackson did not play in Week 16 as he contends with an ankle injury, and there’s no word on whether he’ll be able to get back on the field this week. Lynch also missed last week’s game with an elbow issue, and his status is also uncertain for Sunday.

Robinson was on the field in the win over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, but was injured during that game. He wasn’t able to practice on Thursday, and there is a chance that quarterback Mitchell Trubisky may be left without one of his primary receiving weapons.

The Bears were also without DeAndre Houston-Carson, who missed Thursday’s practice due to illness.

Defensive tackle Bilal Nichols was listed as limited for the second straight day with a knee issue, which has hampered him when the team has practiced on their indoor turf at Halas Hall.
