Two key special teams contributors for the Chicago Bears will be out of action on Sunday as Benny Cunningham and Sherrick McManis have been downgraded to out ahead of the game.
Both players, who were originally listed as doubtful for the game, were absent from all three of the Bears’ practices this week. Cunningham was battling an ankle issue during the week, and McManis was out with hamstring trouble.
On Saturday, the Bears announced that neither player had travelled to New York, and both were downgraded to “out” against the Giants.
Kick-off is slated for noon at MetLife Stadium.
