Former Bear Douglass Arrested

Former Chicago Bears quarterback Bobby Douglass was arrested in Lake Forest this week and charged with felony criminal trespassing to a residence and criminal damage to property.

Douglas, 63, is accused of breaking into the home of former girlfriend Wednesday night.

Douglass allegedly went to talk to her and tried to force open the door of her home, damaging the frame.

He appeared in court on Thursday morning and his bond was set at $10,000.

Douglass played for the Bears from 1969 to 1975 and threw for 4,932 yards, 30 touchdowns and 51 interceptions.
