There’s no telling the number of rituals Bears fans have used to bring their team luck, but Chicagoans can now add what food they’re eating during a game to that list.
According to a new study from food delivery service Grubhub, certain foods are ordered more during game day wins in Chicago than game day losses – and there appears to be a trend among the luckiest foods.
The foods more commonly ordered during Chicago football wins include vegetarian burritos, pho tai, baked lasagna, fried tofu and vegetarian samosa.
Each item was ordered more than 140 percent more commonly during Chicago football wins, Grubhub said.
As for the foods ordered most often in each Chicago neighborhood during games, it appears breakfast foods, pizza and wings are the delivery items of choice for many.
