Cutler to Donate $15K to Jackie Robinson West

Jay Cutler is joining the thousands of supporters for Chicago's Jackie Robinson West All-Stars.

A spokesman for the Jay Cutler Foundation confirmed that the organization will donate $15,000 to the little league team and each member of the team will receive an autographed jersey.

In addition to the donation to the team, the foundation is also donating another $15,000 Jackie Robinson West's name to underprivileged children in Chicago with diabetes, according to spokesman Mark Block.

The news comes after a group of Major League Baseball players paid for the travel expenses for the players' families so they could watch in the stands at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

The team has made a nice run for itself in the tournament, winning three consecutive games after dropping into the loser’s bracket following a 13-2 loss to the West Region-winning Las Vegas squad.

That is the team they will be facing Saturday as they compete in the U.S. title game.
